VHP Pass-Through Chamber

VHP Sterilizing Pass-Through Chamber IPC-VHP Primarily used for biological decontamination of material surfaces to prevent cross-contamination when transferring items from lower-grade to higher-grade areas. Installed on walls separating lower-grade and higher-grade zones, it removes biological contaminants from material surfaces using hydrogen peroxide during transfer. This room-temperature decontamination process is more environmentally friendly, safe, and reliable.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Low-temperature eco-friendly sterilization technology utilizes hydrogen peroxide, which exhibits excellent material compatibility, readily decomposes, leaves no harmful residues, and requires no cleaning.

  • The sterilization process is rapid and cost-effective.

  • The pass-through chamber housing is constructed of stainless steel, with optional high-quality cold-rolled steel plates (electrostatically powder-coated). The chamber interior features stainless steel with rounded corners, ensuring a smooth, flat surface for easy cleaning.

  • Mechanical or electronic interlocking system prevents cross-flow between interior and exterior air streams.

  • H14-rated HEPA filter (EN1822) with no internal baffles.

  • Operating noise level below 60 dBA.

  • Equipped with sealing strips to ensure airtight integrity.

  • Optional curved door design for aesthetic appeal and easy cleaning.

  • Structurally reinforced construction enables simple installation and excellent cleanroom compatibility.
