Pesticide Residue Detector (Suitcase model)

INOPRP is designed in accordance with the pesticide residue testing standards of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), as well as the reference intake levels of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). It employs an enzyme inhibition rate colorimetric method to rapidly and accurately detect the content of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in agricultural and forestry products such as fruits and vegetables.

FEATURES

1. The chassis is made of industrial-grade ABS engineering plastic, making it easy to carry, sturdy, and durable, ideal for mobile testing.  

2. Runs on the Android operating system with a more user-friendly interface. The main controller uses a multi-core processor with a clock speed of 1.88 GHz, ensuring faster operation and greater stability.

3. Automatically determines whether samples meet standards, with results displayed in an intuitive manner.  

4. The instrument includes a database of over 100 vegetable names, organized by category, with the ability to add or remove vegetable names as needed, edit vegetable names, and directly print vegetable names.  

5. Testing channels: 6 testing channels allow simultaneous testing of multiple samples, with continuous testing capability. Samples can be tested immediately upon placement, with each sample operated independently by the program to prevent interference.  

6. The instrument has Wi-Fi networking functionality, enabling rapid data upload to a computer for data management and statistics. It also features 4G signal GPRS remote transmission functionality, allowing a SIM card to be inserted to achieve data transmission to a remote platform. 

7. Display method: 7-inch high-sensitivity true-color touchscreen display with a user-friendly Chinese interface, providing intuitive and simple readings.  

8. The printer uses a 5V serial port for printing, with options for manual or automatic printing. Results are printed within three minutes, with the format including the tester's name, absorbance difference, testing time, testing institution, sample name, and result determination. 

9. The light source uses imported ultra-high-brightness LEDs, featuring low power consumption, high precision, strong stability, controllable light sources (unused light sources can be turned off), and fast response speed.  

10. Intelligent constant current voltage regulation, automatic light intensity calibration, and no temperature drift of the light source during prolonged continuous operation.

11. The instrument is designed with a USB 2.0 interface for convenient data storage and transfer, and can be directly connected to a computer at any time. It can also be controlled by a computer to perform data querying, browsing, analysis, statistics, and printing.

12. The instrument has a high degree of intelligence and features self-testing functions: it includes power-on self-testing and zeroing functions, as well as automatic detection of repeatability. 

13. The instrument has self-protection functionality, allowing users to set usernames and passwords to prevent unauthorized operation.  

14. Uses DC 12V power supply for enhanced safety, and can be equipped with a 6A lithium-ion battery charger.  

15. The instrument has functions for re-calibration, locking, and restoring factory settings.
