INOCPB-14
Principle:
The intelligent pesticide residue detector uses the enzyme inhibition rate colorimetric method to quickly and accurately detect the content of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in foods such as vegetables, fruits, tea, grains, and agricultural by-products; it is widely used for on-site testing in fruit, vegetable, and tea production bases and agricultural wholesale markets, as well as for safety testing by agricultural departments, school canteens, market supervision bureaus, and testing centers.
Features:
1. Uses rapid testing cards to eliminate cumbersome steps, improving the testing experience and efficiency.
2. Runs on the Android 7.1 smart system for smoother operation and easier use.
3. Features a 10-inch high-sensitivity true-color touchscreen display for enhanced interactive user experience.
4. Equipped with 14 testing card channels to accommodate bulk testing of samples, enabling immediate testing upon placement for higher testing efficiency.
5. Supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth data transmission, enabling wireless data upload; also supports USB drive data copying with no driver installation required.
6. Equipped with a food safety management platform, test results can be stored long-term for short-term and long-term viewing and analysis to assist in management.
7. The instrument has a categorized management menu library for vegetable names and can edit vegetable names, testing units, and other information as needed.
8. Built-in thermal printer for optional printing of detailed testing information.
9. The testing chamber automatically pops out and closes during the testing process.
10. The main controller uses a multi-core processor with a clock speed of 1.88 GHz, ensuring faster operation and greater stability.
INOCPB-12
Principle
A microcontroller is used to control parameters such as temperature and time, in conjunction with a biochemical reaction to perform semi-quantitative detection of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in vegetables, fruits, and other foods.
Biochemical Reaction Principle: The cholinesterase (white tablet) in the rapid test card catalyzes the hydrolysis of indophenol acetate (red tablet) into acetic acid and indophenol. Since organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides inhibit the activity of cholinesterase, the color change after hydrolysis is altered. Therefore, the residual levels of organophosphorus or carbamate pesticides in the sample can be determined based on the intensity of the resulting color.
Features
1. 12 channels for simultaneous rapid testing; each sample is processed independently by the program, preventing interference between samples
2. Compact size, lightweight, and no accessories required, making it easy to carry
3. Quick and convenient operation, particularly suitable for on-site use
4. Built-in high-capacity battery allows continuous operation for 4 hours without an external power source.
5. Complete accessory configuration provided, housed in an aesthetically pleasing and durable aluminum alloy carrying case.
6. Features a new instrument structure design with a compact size for easy portability. No mechanical moving parts ensure high resistance to interference and vibration, resulting in high detection accuracy and a long instrument lifespan.
