The fermentor should provide a strict sterile environment, including high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization of culture medium, fermentor and connecting pipeline before fermentation; air filtration for dry sterile air into fermentor; and sterile feeding during the fermentation process, etc.

The fermentor feeding process adopts four-valve structure for sterile feeding.

First, the feeding solution, feeding bottle and valve parts are sterilized off-site.

After sterilization, connected with feeding port and peristaltic pump.

Then the connecting pipeline is sterilized in site.

Finally, open the corresponding valve and pump the feeding solution into the fermentor by the peristaltic pump.
