Process Introduction:
1.Dual reverse osmosis + EDI system
The secondary reverse osmosis + EDI system, specifically the RO/hot water type EDI combination, demonstrates excellent removal capabilities for microorganisms, endotoxins, and pyrogens, ensuring these parameters are strictly controlled within the standards specified by the USP, JP, BP, and European Pharmacopoeia. If customers have stringent requirements for bacterial microorganisms, ultrafiltration sterilization can be selected at the product water end. It can maintain pyrogen-free water under low-temperature conditions. The ultrafiltration system provides an online cleaning CIP system, enabling chemical cleaning and ultrafiltration disinfection.
2.Dual reverse osmosis system
Dual reverse osmosis is a membrane separation technology developed in the 1980s. It primarily utilizes the principle of osmosis through a semi-permeable membrane, applying pressure in a specific manner to exert a force opposite to the natural direction of osmosis, thereby causing water from a concentrated solution to permeate into a dilute solution. This process is referred to as reverse osmosis. A device composed of reverse osmosis elements is known as a reverse osmosis system.
3.Single reverse osmosis system
The Single-Stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) System is an efficient and cost-effective solution designed for areas with high salt content in raw water. Utilizing a streamlined design, it leverages a semipermeable membrane to effectively remove dissolved salts, impurities, and contaminants, ensuring reliable production of clean, high-quality water.
