Moist heat sterilization:Using high temperature and high pressure water vapor as a medium to denature or solidify proteins and cause microbial death is a commonly used sterilization method in biological laboratories and pharmaceutical preparations.

Dry heat sterilization: The technique of killing bacteria or spores in a dry environment by means of high temperatures. Suitable for: intolerant to hot and humid environment, such as dry powder, grease, equipment, etc.

 

Radiation sterilization: An effective method of using ionizing radiation to kill microorganisms on most substances. Suitable for: items that cannot withstand high temperature environment, sterilization of food at room temperature or low temperature can maintain food quality while achieving no residue.

 

Filtration and sterilization method: The use of physical retention method to remove bacteria in the liquid or air, so as to achieve the purpose of asepsis. Suitable for: liquid and gas, such as cell culture to the cell device ventilator connected with a sterilizing air filter.

 

Chemical sterilization: The method of killing microorganisms by directly acting on them with chemicals can be divided into gas sterilization and liquid sterilization. Gas sterilization method adopts gas sterilization agent such as ethylene oxide for sterilization; Liquid sterilization method uses liquid sterilization agent for sterilization,such as hydrogen peroxide. Items that are not suitable for physical sterilization can be chemically sterilized
