Analog Plasma QC Bags
The analog plasma QC bag is the most important carrier to realize the quality management and traceability function of plasma quick-freezing. Utilizing the principle of the same heat-melt ratio as that of real plasma, the temperature control probe is directly inserted into the core part of the simulated plasma QC bag, and through real-time collection of temperature and time data during the whole process, it completes all the quick-frozen links in the same environment with real plasma, so as to get the change curves and data of the core temperature and the quick-frozen time of the real plasma.
Infrared sensor anti-handholding function
Two heat-sensing laser curtains are set up at the door of the quick-freezing warehouse, and the cold plate will stop running immediately if any foreign object touches it during the rising process of the cold plate.
Humanized design, the unique infrared sensor anti-handholding function, quick-freezing warehouse cold plate closure only one-handed touch operation; successfully solved the previous to prevent the cold plate operation may be hand-holding and must be two-handed long time to press the closure key, the operator labor intensity increases the problem.
Flexible contact technology

Economy Mode
After the end of the quick-freezing program, the instrument will automatically switch to the economic mode to keep the quick-frozen plasma bags warm. When the temperature of the quick-freezing bin drops to -30°C, the instrument will automatically start the frequency conversion function to maintain the temperature at -30°C, ensuring that the core temperature of the plasma bag is below -30°C.
