Plant Root Analyzer

 INOPR Root Analysis System is a professional system designed for root analysis after washing, and can also be used for root box cultivation of plants. It can analyze root length, diameter, area, volume, root tip count, and more. The system is powerful yet easy to operate, and the software can analyze the morphological characteristics of plant roots and their overall structural distribution. It is widely used in root morphology and structural research.

(15) Can perform root system topological analysis, automatically determining the number of connections and relationship angles of roots, and can also independently analyze the length, area, and volume of the main root or any lateral root, with the ability to display the corresponding parameters of any diameter segment of the marked root system (customizable with non-equidistant intervals).

(16) Can automatically measure the fractal dimension of root systems using the box-count method. Can analyze the volume proportion of rhizobia in root systems to objectively determine the contribution of rhizobia.

(17) Supports large-scale fully automated root system analysis, with editable and correctable analysis result images.

(18) Can perform large-scale automated estimation of root biomass distribution.

(19) Features include angle-to-ground analysis, horizontal angle analysis, and main root extraction analysis.

(20) All analysis images, distribution maps, and result data can be saved and exported to Excel spreadsheets, including analysis marked diagrams.

(21) The instrument is supported by a cloud platform, enabling analysis data to be saved to the cloud for access anytime, anywhere.
