Negative Pressure Isolator

Negative pressure isolators INPI maintain a negative pressure environment within a sealed chamber, controlling airflow to flow unidirectionally from outside to inside. By utilizing a high-efficiency filtration system to process exhaust air, they prevent the leakage of cytotoxic agents and highly reactive chemicals, thereby ensuring the safety of operators and the surrounding environment.

FEATURES

The enclosure is constructed entirely of stainless steel, featuring a tempered glass door with an inflatable sealing gasket to ensure environmental containment and prevent leakage of highly active, toxic, or allergenic materials. The chamber interior is equipped with dustproof and waterproof sockets and a high-pressure water gun. Optional accessories include a glove leak detector, an α-B valve, and an RTP rapid transfer port.

Inter-chamber double-door pneumatic interlocking seals protect environmental conditions in high-risk zones. Cartridge-style PUSH-PUSH high-efficiency filters enable contactless replacement for operator safety.

Vertical unidirectional airflow flows downward to ensure uniformity. Chamber pressure is manually adjustable per operational needs to prevent toxic substance leakage and safeguard personnel.

Emergency Mode: When seal rings or gloves rupture, cabin pressure rapidly increases. The isolator automatically triggers alarms while adjusting fan frequency to boost exhaust volume and close intake valves. This maintains airflow velocity above 0.5 m/s at gaps, preventing high-activity substances from escaping and safeguarding both operators and the laboratory environment.
