Respiration is the primary physiological metabolic process in horticultural products such as fruits and vegetables after harvest. Respiration rate is an indicator of the intensity of respiration and is an important parameter that must be understood when studying the physiological changes of fruits and vegetables after harvest and their storage and preservation. INOFVR employs a dual-wavelength infrared carbon dioxide analyzer, specifically designed for measuring and analyzing the respiratory intensity of fruits and vegetables under various storage conditions, including ambient temperature, refrigerated warehouses, controlled-atmosphere storage facilities, and supermarket refrigerated display cases.
