FEATURES

1. Filling, stoppering, and capping machine

IGSZ is suitable for liquid filling, stoppering, and capping. Uses a single rail to feed the bottle, the bottle is transferred by conveying belt, and the dialing wheel positions the bottle.

2. Filling and stoppering machine

IGS series are suitable for liquid filling and stoppering. Use a single rail or dual rail to feed the bottle, the bottle is transferred by conveying belt, and the dialing wheel positions the bottle.

3. Filling and capping machine

IGZ series is suitable for liquid filling and capping. Uses a single rail or dual rail to feed the bottle, the bottle is transferred by conveying belt, and the dialing wheel positions the bottle.

IYGZ is suitable for liquid filling and capping of special-shaped bottles. Uses a single rail to feed the bottle, the bottle is transferred by conveying belt, and the dialing wheel positions the bottle.

IGX is suitable for liquid filling and screw capping. This machine uses a dialing wheel to feed the bottle, the bottle is transferred by a synchronous belt, and the filling needle is reciprocating tracking, and uses 10-head screw capping.

IKF-24 is suitable for oral liquid filling and capping, adopts mesh belt inlet bottle rotary wheel transfer, the filling needle is reciprocating tracking, and the single capping knife is rotary pressing, it can automatically execute bottle feeding, filling, unscrambling on the cap, and capping, etc.

IFZ is a powder filling and capping machine and is applicable to the packaging of powder, and solid particles in the pharmaceutical and food industry with functions of filling, caps screwing, and capping. This equipment is a kind of machine type Single-headed or double-headed filling/capping is available according to the client's specific requirements.

4. Capping machine

ITX series are ferrule capping machines, suitable for gargle bottle capping.

IZ series are star wheel positioning type capping machines, suitable for the screw (crimp) capping. With 3 knife sealing, and 4 knife screw capping.

IYZ is a single knife high-speed capping machine, mainly applicable to capping operations for antibiotic bottles in pharmaceutical factories.

IDL is a cupping machine, suitable for syrup putting cup, the machine structure is reasonable, uses a three-star wheel, and continuously feed bottle and cup.
