Fertilizer Nutrient Analyzer

INOFN integrates medicine, equipment, and instruments into one convenient package, equivalent to a small laboratory. Users only need to provide distilled water to complete all operations within the required time. It is suitable for agricultural service departments or agricultural material distributors to identify the authenticity of fertilizers, fertilizer manufacturers to control fertilizer production, and agricultural material inspection departments to crack down on counterfeit agricultural materials.

FEATURES

1. Can detect fertilizers, organic fertilizers (including foliar fertilizers, water-soluble fertilizers, spray fertilizers, etc.), and the following nutrients in plants: available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, organic matter, and pH level. calcium, magnesium, sulfur, iron, manganese, boron, zinc, copper, chlorine, silicon, molybdenum, and other trace elements, as well as lead, chromium, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, nickel, aluminum, fluorine, titanium, selenium, and other heavy metals.

2. Android smart operating system, featuring more efficient and user-friendly operation. The instrument comes standard with Wi-Fi network upload, 4G network transmission, and GPRS wireless remote transmission for rapid data upload.

3. Built-in crop expert fertilization system, capable of calculating recommended fertilization amounts for over 100 types of national agricultural, fruit tree, and economic crops based on target yields, providing scientific guidance for agricultural production according to fertilization formulas.

4. Features a precision rotating colorimetric cell design for consistent light source accuracy, ensuring detection precision. Can rapidly test 12 samples at once, significantly improving testing efficiency and reducing costs.

5. Built-in plant nutrient diagnosis standard spectrum, which compares leaf images based on nutrient deficiency images of various crops to diagnose nutrient deficiencies.

6. Utilizes high-precision filter plate technology and proprietary analytical methods. The colorimetric cell section uses standard 1cm colorimetric cells, eliminating mechanical displacement and wear. The optical path testing and positioning are accurate, ensuring detection results that exceed national standards.

7. The instrument is equipped with a data reception platform, eliminating the need for data cables. Data can be directly uploaded via local area networks and the internet, facilitating data management and long-term analysis.

8. It features a built-in next-generation high-speed thermal printer, automatically printing test reports and QR codes upon completion.

9. A high-sensitivity 7-inch capacitive touchscreen provides high-definition, interactive display, significantly reducing the complexity and errors associated with traditional instruments.

10. Each channel is equipped with a four-wavelength cold light source, with all light sources achieving constant current regulation to ensure wavelength stability. The silicon semiconductor serves as the signal reception system, with a lifespan of up to 100,000 hours. It offers good reproducibility and high accuracy.

11. The instrument features a high-strength PVC engineering plastic carrying case design, which is durable and easy to carry. It supports both AC and DC power supply, enabling field testing with pre-packaged reagents.

Multiple functions and comprehensive testing projects:

Fertilizer nutrients: ● Nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in single-component fertilizers; ● Ammonium nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and urea in compound (mixed) fertilizers and urea; ● Organic fertilizers (foliar fertilizers): available nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, organic matter, various humic acids, etc. Additional testing available for trace elements such as calcium, magnesium, sulfur, iron, manganese, boron, zinc, copper, chlorine, silicon, molybdenum, and various heavy metals (lead, chromium, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, nickel, aluminum, fluorine, titanium, selenium).
