Application Areas
Primarily used in production environments and critical equipment within industries such as electronics and semiconductors, biopharmaceuticals, and food processing; specifically in critical process zones like potting, dispensing, and capping operations, as well as during the transportation of materials and sterile tools.
Structural Design
Features a double-layered stainless steel enclosure with negative pressure to ensure leak-proof operation.
Modular design facilitates packaging and transportation. Laminar flow hoods are factory-assembled and tested before being disassembled, individually packaged, and shipped for on-site reassembly. Modules can be controlled individually or collectively via a single controller, offering flexible installation configurations to optimize space utilization.
Control Method
Touchscreen control with group control system monitors and adjusts each fan. Fan speed can be modified, with real-time display of airflow velocity inside the hood. Features include differential pressure alarms, fault alerts, and automatic airflow adjustment.
Standard Tests & Options
Airflow pattern testing
Noise testing
PAO testing
Explosion-proof models available; dimensions and materials customizable.
Installation Methods
The standard configuration involves ceiling suspension within the room, mounted on the top beam. Surrounded by anti-static soft curtains, it isolates the environment from external conditions. When integrated with equipment, a gantry installation is typically used. The laminar flow hood layout is designed based on the square tube positions on the equipment's top, facilitating future filter replacement and electrical maintenance.
Primary Return Air Configurations:
Side panel self-return air, top self-return air, top duct return air.
