A client delegation recently visited Innova Bio-Meditech’s facility in China to carry out Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for a biostimulant production unit. The visit marked an important milestone in the project and brought the equipment one step closer to shipment and on-site commissioning.

During the FAT, the client’s engineers worked alongside Innova’s project, process, and automation teams to inspect the fermentation skids, review control sequences, verify instrumentation and utilities, and witness functional tests under simulated operating conditions. Key test items were completed successfully, and client feedback was recorded for final adjustments before delivery.

“FAT is where the design becomes something you can actually see, touch, and run,” said , Project Manager at Innova Bio-Meditech. “Having the client’s team here with us, asking questions and going through the system together, is the best way to make sure the unit arrives ready to perform.”

Innova Bio-Meditech thanks the client team for their on-site support, openness, and commitment throughout the FAT. The project will now move into final documentation, packing, and shipment preparation, with commissioning support to follow.
