Microwave Digestion System

INOD7 microwave digester employs advanced optical scanning temperature and pressure measurement technology, enabling real-time monitoring of the actual temperature and pressure of all samples inside the digesters. This significantly enhances the safety of multi-dish microwave preprocessing instruments and solves the problem that most current single-point temperature and pressure microwave digesters cannot reliably guarantee the uniformity and safety of digestion when performing multi-dish digestion simultaneously.

The integrated design of the fully corrosion-resistant main unit and capacitive touchscreen control terminal ensures excellent durability and ease of operation.

The instrument features dual digestion and extraction functions, meeting diverse application needs of users and laboratories.

The two-dimensional dual magnetron design enables efficient continuous non-pulsed microwave output. The installed power is 3000 W, with a maximum microwave output power of 2400 W and a field strength density of 35 W/L.

Non-pulsed continuous automatic frequency conversion control allows for arbitrary setting or automatic adjustment of power within the operating range.

A large-capacity (316 L) industrial-grade stainless steel chamber is protected by multiple layers of PFA temperature-resistant and corrosion-resistant coating, with a 5-year corrosion protection guarantee.

The main unit casing is made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant non-metallic fiber material, and the front furnace door is equipped with a 400 cm² visual safety observation window.

Multiple explosion-proof, radiation-proof, and safety warning functions are included. The furnace door features a buffer floating function, automatically relieving overpressure within the chamber and resealing. It is equipped with automatic anomaly detection, automatic emergency stop, alarm, safety door triple interlock, and interlock monitoring functions. Additionally, the main unit is equipped with a light recognition system, allowing remote observation of light changes to monitor the instrument's operating status and enhance safety protection. All safety measures comply with or exceed the national standard GB/T 26814-2011 and international CE safety standards.
