How to perform daily maintenance on INNOVA laboratory glassware washer
1. Regular Maintenance
● Check for water leakage: Check the tightness of the accessories in cleaning chamber, such as lower spray arm joint, upper spray arm joint, rack track joint, etc.
● Check the seal: whether the sealing strip is corroded or damaged.
● Check inlet and outlet hoses: Check the hose for breakage and kink.
● Check detergent dispensing system：Check whether the detergent peristaltic pump is working properly and whether the pipeline on the peristaltic pump is blocked.
● Check drainage system：Check whether the filter at the bottom of the cleaning chamber is blocked, whether there are glass slag, label paper, etc., and clean it in time if necessary.
● Check the rack: Check the condition of rack rollers, check whether the spray column of the rack is blocked, and clean it in time if necessary.

3. System Cleaning
1) self-clean program
● Step1 : Click <Self-Cleaning> at the main menu.
● Step2 : Set for 30min. Click <Start> and the water will be filled automatically into the washer (The machine is not running at this time).
● Step3 : Click <Open Door> to open the door and add disincrustant into the washing chamber, and then close the door.
● Step4 : Click <Finish Adding Disincrustant>. At this time, the washer starts running, and when the cleaning is completed, it will automatically drain the water.
2)Rack Cleaning
